I was called by the verification "team" this afternoon after placing an order for phones for my family. I was told that experian couldn't generate questions for my information and that I had to figure it out with Experian. I've called 5 different numbers and emailed them in order to figure out why it's not working. Everything looks fine from what I can see on my experian account so why can't/won't generate questions? The "team-memeber" I spoke to said there is no way around it. Anyone else have this problem and had it resolved before the order was cancelled? Brand new customer and I am beyond frustrated.
