User does not have a voicemail set up
My wife's phone keeps saying that her voicemail is not set up but we've saved a custom greeting over 100 X and it still says the user doesn't have a voicemail that is set up. Tried reset the network settings. No luck. Any other ideas?

Thank you touching base! I hope you’ll pardon my delayed response. Please know that we are working diligently in order to provide timely support through this and other social media platforms.
In case you still need help with your voicemail service, is the inbox not allowing you access when you dial *86? Have you been able to access the voicemail inbox and listen to any messages? Also, what kind of device do you have?
In addition, in case you have an Android model released prior to 2019, those devices can use the Xfinity Mobile Visual Voicemail app and allow customers access to their voicemail that way until we can find out what is happening with the dial system.
For devices released in 2019 and thereafter, as matt96teg mentions, device manufactures are providing visual voicemail apps of their own and are no longer compatible with the Xfinity Mobile Visual Voicemail app.
