Urgent - Switching from Verizon & Can't add more than 2 lines on my new Xfinity mobile account?

Can't add more than 2 lines on my new Xfinity mobile account. I would like to switch from Verizon. Here is the error :"Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties".
