Urgent - Switching from Verizon & Can't add more than 2 lines on my new Xfinity mobile account?

Can't add more than 2 lines on my new Xfinity mobile account. I would like to switch from Verizon. Here is the error :"Sorry, looks like we are having technical difficulties".

Hi Jerson,
I went through this problem 9 times on the phone. The last rep said I should go into the Store in Delray Market place. I went to that store yesterday and they had the same problem. [Edited: "Personal Information"] also looked up the IMEI number.
What do I want to do? Switch two phones from Verizon to Xfinity.
What is the problem? Each time we try to switch my phone they (Xfinity) are telling me that the IMEI number( [Edited: "Personal Information"] is being used (this was told to me 9 times, you can look at the notes). Obviously that number has be hacked!!!
That being said I called Apple and they said that I was the only Iphone having that IMEI number.
So the only way I can switch to Verizon is by you issuing me a switch of my IPHONE. You can tell Apple the story and I'm sure they will take my phone from you and give you and new one as well.
Can you do that for me?
