Updating Card Info
I have tried on all devices and speaking to reps to see if I can get my card info to update. My payment is late now because I can’t update my information. Literally just the date and CVV... it’s the same card. I just spent two hours talking to different people trying to figure it out. It just says “oops, something went wrong” every time.
