Unlocking device

What a horrible joke this carrier is . I have been trying to get my phone unlocked for 6 days and every time I call I am told 24-48 hours and every time they issue a new ticket because previous agents supposedly didn’t even issue tickets . I am sick and tired of the way they treat customers. They keep apologizing and promising each one of them that they will resolve the issue this time . They keep telling me about email that never arrives . When I asked for a supervisor they put me on hold for 49 min and disconnected the call. I don’t know what else to do . Phone is paid off , service disconnected but I can’t use my service with a new carrier. Is there an agency I can file a complaint against xfinity??

I'm currently undergoing the same problem.  I've been trying since last Tuesday.  "24-48 hours" is all I ever hear, and I've been told that 5 times now. I've started another thread, hoping that someone can help...

@adam_h131​ today I got connected with escalation department, hopefully they will finally unlock this phone. I called 844-963-0011 and asked for a supervisor but instead they sent me to escalation department. This person said he sent request to Apple to get this phone unlocked . Fingers crossed
