Unlock phone
Xfinity is refusing to unlock paid off Phone. Our phone is paid off and we have visited and called Xfinity more than 10 times for unlock request. We also sent twitter and facebook messages. Each time to be told someone will get back to us and no one did. We are sitting without a phone right now. Xfinity is completely walled off and we cant seem to receive a response. I have filed a BBB and an FCC complaint. There is an open ticket and they just refuse to honor it and they refused to escalate it and refuse to do anything.

NOT ACCEPTED ANSWER! This is ridiculous. This is the second phone on my account you have not unlocked. Never unlocked one from a year ago too!
