Unlock paid in full I phone

I paid off my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it still says sim locked?!

@XfinityAdrienne  i am going through the same issue for a week now with no service and have been given an invalid unlock code of n/a twice already and am bounced from department to department with no resolution in sight

Same problem: Xfinity mobile customer service is a joke. Can't reach a real person, only the dreadful phone tree which is useless. I'm thinkin' I need to change my mobile service provider.

We are going to need to take a deeper dive into this for you, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
