Unlock iPhone

I have been fighting with customer service for weeks. I cannot get my iPhone 11 unlocked. It’s been payed in full for months. Xfinity customer service tells me once it’s payed it’s automatically unlocked but I tried to take it to another service and it says locked.

I have always had to phone or chat with xfinity customer service to get my iPhones unlocked and have never had an iPhone automatically unlocked.  My last few iPhones have been unlocked in minutes using the xfinity assistant feature and request agent for iPhone unlock.  After giving the agent the IMEI number etc, they usually have it unlocked within minutes.  Once they confirm it is unlocked go to Settings, General, About, and under Carrier Lock it should state 'No SIM restrictions'.

You can find that in the Xfinity My Account app or on our website. We offer 24/7 phone support at (888) 936-4938. Please let us know if you are able to connect with them and get your phone unlocked. We want to see this resolved.
