I've been trying to unlock my iPhones on my account (2). Both are fully paid and there should be no problem. A customer service rep said he'd take care of it but then disconnected my service so I don't have a phone to call xfinity on. There are no stores in my state.
Now I've borrowed a phone, after being disconnected by the chat service 3 or 4 times someone finally helped me. I'm on hold with the "unlock department" after the rep said it would be 1-2 minutes on hold. The machine says it will be 100+ minutes and it has already been 20 minutes since he said only 1-2. It seems that xfinity really does not want to allow me to use the phones that I bought from them. I think it's the worst service I've ever had from any company in my life as far as I can remember. It's just not that hard to complete this.
What can I do?
