Unlock Device
My device is still not unlocked after more than 48 hours. (Was told initially they were, as they were paid off when bought upfront. so we proceeded with port only to find out they were not.) Have spoken to 14 agents with no progress. Usually get the standard please wait 24 hours. Any ideas?

I'm going through the exact same thing you are. This isn't right. I'm absolutely furious as I'm hospitalized & have no way of contacting family to let them know because the room phone only works for local & toll free calls. I ported my service & number to MINT & my device is still carrier locked despite it being paid off years ago (Galaxy S10) & requesting the PIN to unlock it. They say they'll send it but never do....
