When it comes to anything mobile, your best bet is to contact Xfinity Mobile at 800-934-6489. They are experts and they will know exactly what to do to help you. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Me... If I buy an iPhone 14 can I put my work/business e sim from Verizon on the 2nd e sim.

Xfinity CS... Sure you have 2 e sims, Xfinity will be the 1st e sim.

Me... and I can buy the iPhone 14 at a $500 discount

Xfinity CS... Yes that is correct.

So I buy the iPhone 14 and set it up.  Then talked to my employers IT and they set up to move the Verizon sim to an e sim for my new iPhone but it did not work.  So I called the experts at Xfinity and they said....

Xfinity CS.... Sorry but your e sim is lock, you cannot put other carrier e sim until it is paid off.

Me.... I was told I could but I am happy to pay off as long as I get the 500 off either up front or over the 2 years as a credit, like planned.

Xfinity CS.... No if you pay early you owe the full amount no credits.

Me... But you said I could use a Verizon e sim

Xfinity CS... You can in 2 years or if you pay off early and loose your $500 discount.

Me... The whole purpose was 1 phone with 2 lines, I even called and asked if this would work before my purchase.

Xfinity CS....  Sorry that is the only option.

Me.... I can return the phone it is within the 14 day window.

Xfinity CS....  That is an option

LOL... Not sure what is going on with their plan or CS but they are getting their iPhone back.

This is not the place for that kind of request. I advise you contact either by chat, phone or ideally in-person.
