Unable to see Call Records beyond 5 months

When I login, I can see the call records for last 5 months. When I click show more,  I can see Bills for last 12 months. There it does show number of calls/messages etc, but when I click the link, I get error "something went wrong... Try again."  Same thing online and on Phone App.   I called customer service and I was asked to call Corporate Office.  Anyone?

Would you be so kind and clear cache and cookies and restart the device? Also, if I may ask have you tried a desktop/PC to see if you get the same message?
