Unable to activate esim and my existing phone number

​I have been on phone whole day today and for 4 hours last night trying to get a solution but all of the representatives keep spinning me in the loop. Every representative tells me the error occurring is due to different problem. I am left with no phone line now. My phone is in SOS mode! If someone responds “try calling mobile agent”, guess what they have started diverting my call to automated system because I have been calling a lot for my unresolved issue I guess. They literally put me on hold for an hour and come up with no updates/ response.​
