Two month mobile issues- unlock my phone

I was in touch with both tier one and tier two representatives on multiple occasions many of which were longer then two hours. My issue was to unlock my iPhone so I could go to go to a different provider. Finally after more then two months I actually was told two days ago to get information from Apple, I did so and yesterday I was providing that information to a Xfinity rep. She was in contact with a tier two rep. They dropped my call and now I CAN’T MAKE OR RECEIVE ANY CALLS !!!!! If I make a call I’m told I will be “transferred to an external operator who I can talk to by using a debit or credit card, what the ....
I can only text to other iPhones and no one else. There is no Xfinity store within a 100 mile radius, therefore I cannot get any resolution. If I want to go to another provider (Verizon) there’s nothing I can do except buy another phone
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND AND WILL STRONGLY .DETTER ANYONE FROM GOING WITH Xfinity.
I can’t even call the FCC to complain.
I have no idea how to resolve this - does anyone know to address this or help me. Thank you
