Two $200 Gift cards never arrived

Hi,

I qualified for two $200 gift cards, but have yet to receive them. I have only gotten the runaround from any customer support.  The incentive tracker site doesn't show anything for my #, but I have a screenshot of xfinity mobile customer service confirming i qualified back in April 2022. This looks like xfinity scammed me out of $400 to get me to switch.

I am sorry that this was the case. Though we are limited on Xfinity Mobile through here we may be able to further investigate this for you. May I please have you send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

 

To send a direct message: 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

As no one from Xfinity seems to acknowledge their error, I'm laying it all out here so others can see the bait and switch tactics. Below is Xfinity Mobile support CONFIRMING I qualified for two $200 gift cards as part of the promotion. Xfinity Mobile is now trying to tell me the promotion was something different, that I never qualified, and I am owed nothing. Shameful business practices.
