Trying to upgrade device online: "Something went wrong.Trying this page again may help fix the problem."

​ Each time I make my selection for a phone and try to continue to the next step (I'm assuming where the credit check part would be?), I get the error....​

​ Trying this page again may help fix the problem. ​

​Refreshing the page does nothing, tried many times. I've cleared cache/cookies/settings on my browse, both on my phone and on the laptop I attempted to order from.​

​My current device is fully paid for, it was a BYOD when I signed up for mobile service a couple of years ago.​

​I don't want to go to a store or have to call in; if the option to upgrade a device is offered by Xfinity, I'd like to use that option. Any idea what the problem is?​
