Trouble getting xfinity mobile service
so i wanted to get xfinity mobile, i picked my phone (iphone 11 pro max, 512gb) hit checkout passed eligibility went to shipping, payment, and review made the payment which went through cause the money was gone from my bank account then i get a email a few hours later saying something about i need to upload my drivers license and non comcast util bill. my thing is ive been a loyal tripple play customer for two years now im the only one who pays it whats with this verification thing when i filled in the verification info on the checkout page.
next thing i go log on to pay my cable bill a week or so later and it says i have an xfinity mobile account and i have an account number and everything. just no line
so can a rep please help me complete my order
