Transferred mobile service provider from T-mobile to Xfinity Mobile

I transferred 1 of our T-mobile Cellphones service and signed in for a new Xfinity Mobile service, because of an Iphone SE promotion.  I ordered 2 iPhone SE on Mar 17, 2022, and received an order number confirmation. I understand that these phones are on back-ordered.  I waited patiently and keep checking the status. I even went to the Xfinity Store and was assured that my order was on back-ordered and it will arrive soon.

After waiting for weeks,  On April 11, I contacted Xfinity and I was told my order has been canceled. 

I happily transferred 2 lines and signed in 1 new line because of the promotion and the inexpensive Xfinity Mobile Service,

but now I am very disappointed that I am not getting the iphone SE promotion as mentioned on Xfinity Mobile website. 

I wonder whether anyone has received this same issue.

Has it been solved?  No,  I was told I am not getting my Iphone SE.  Sad.

I completely understand where you're coming from, I have Xfinity Mobile myself and would feel the same way if I was in your shoes.
