Transfer from Walmart family mobile

We've been trying to get my wife's number transferred to my account. Nothing has worked and I'm very frustrated this evening after spending 40 minutes on the phone with support. Most of the time I was on hold, then I got disconnected with no callback. When I tried to call I got a message that they were closed.

Has anyone here transferred a number from Walmart family mobile? I've verified the account number, the pin, and the address. Walmart support says to use TracFone as the provider with the zip code from Florida. I've tried that and gotten a zip code error. I've tried our home zip code with the same results. I also tried TMobile and TMobile prepaid since replay since Walmart says powered by T-Mobile. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
