Hello, same issue as being reported. Called Xfinity tech support. Worked thru aprox. 4 hours of support to no fix. I'm a retired IT tech for 35 years. After perusing thru the forums concerning this issue, it is my opinion that this more than likely an issue with an Xfinity patch update failure7h s that occurred in late March or early April. This frequently occurs when patch testing is inadequate. Infinity needs to confirm and fix asap. Thank you.
