There is NO Outage

Multi-year customer here, and I am astounded by the lack of support when we actually need it.  I cannot use Xfinity Chat for help because for a week, you have a non-existent outage report for my area.  We are experiencing NO OUTAGES in any way, and in any case, my problem involves the billing on my mobile account not the internet.  Can you clear the outage in my area so I can finally get some assistance. (1) You are overcharging me.  Unlimited data for two lines when you are an internet customer is supposed to be $30 per line, per month, not $40.  (2) You are also not crediting me the cost of the newly activated port Samsung phone.  It was activated and ported with another carrier's number within 30 days, so it is supposed to be free.  (3) The lines that are not on unlimited data were supposed to be placed on a 1GB $10 per month shared data plan because we do not use them for data -- not a shared $60 per month 10 GB plan -- we specifically requested 1GB by the month shared $10 plan.  With all of these errors, my upcoming bill is supposed to be considerably lower than what you are planning to charge.  This lack of support is unbelievably frustrating.

Welcome, @user_78c1c6! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity communities for support via Forums in regard to your recent service interruption and mobile bills. It is unfortunate to hear of your recent customer experience and I will be more than happy to help find you a solution to these concerns. Although you may not personally feel the impact of a service interruption in your area, it does not mean one does not exist. For that, we must consistently try to inform those in the affected area of this issue. So unfortunately we will not be able to remove the service interruption alert until it is cleared by the techs assigned to the issue. On the other hand, we do have other methods of communication that you can get in contact with our Xfinity mobile dept to dispute your bill. You can contact us at 1(800) 934-6489 to speak with a live representative or visit your nearest Xfinity store. You can visit https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/find-a-comcast-service-center to get more information. Let us know if you were able to access the link so we can make sure these issues get addressed.
