The Backorder for Iphone 13 Pro MAX is ridiculous!! 3 months wait so far!

I put in the order at Oct 18, 2021, and today is Jan 14th, 2020. I still havent get the phone. The status is still backorder! Anyone knows how long will this takes? It seems that this is taking forever! Anyone has the same problem as me?

@XfinityTimothyA last i talked to the xfinity agent, they gave me 2 options, 1) keep waiting 2) cancel the order. I guess thats not much help but keep waiting.

@chervont I can understand waiting can be hard especially when it comes to a new device. If the devices are on backorder then those would be the 2 options. 

I no longer work for Comcast.

Complain through support chat. Talking over the phone only drives you mad out and doesn't help.

Those telephone agents are not working to help us; they are working to arouse our anger. :)

At least in my experience.
