Supposed Freeze

I have talked to all 3 credit bureaus and have confirmed no freeze on any accounts. Why is Xfinity giving problem saying there is a freeze. I’ve been with Xfinity mobile since they started and always have issues with them. I have all my house service through Comcast. Would think they can help?? Gonna have to go to better company like Verizon or T-Mobile..

Are you attempting to add Xfinity Mobile service for the first time or attempting to purchase a new phone on a device payment plan?  Let me know of some details regarding the situation.
