Stuck in port-in for two weeks now

I have been trying to port in from Redpocket to Xfinity Mobile for two weeks. Called Xfinity mobile many times, every time they told me the port in is validated, I should be able to see the port in within hours, but nothing happened.  
could anyone help or advice here?

@XfinityDevinC​ I called and chatted with xfinity mobile many times, almost everyday since last week.  Everytime I was told that the porting has been validated and should be completed in 2-4 hours.  It is September 21 now, and the number is still not ported.  The Redpocket told me that they manually released the number to Xfinity Mobile (Verizon), the porting specialist just needs to activate the number through the NPAC system.  But whoever I talked to at xfinity mobile, seems not understand what is the NPAC, and no one is willing to connect me directly with Xfinity mobile Porting specialist.  Instead, they keeping submitting porting requests, not help at all.

Absolutely frustrated.
