Still no Voice Mail

Switched from Verizon to Xfinity Mobile a few weeks ago and I still don't have voice mail.  Opened a ticket via chat and phone and still have not heard back from anyone.  I'm not buying a new phone, I don't need one.  However I will switch back to Verizon.
