Still have not received visa gift card! After 6 months!

I’ve switched to Xfinity Mobile for about 6 months now, and still have not received my $250 Visa Gift card. All my payments were done on time thru automatic withdrawals, so obviously there were not late payments for the 90 days and still have not received my gift card.
I checked xfinity rewards which used to say pending fulfillment, but now it just says “No record found”!
Please send me my gift card, I’ve been way too patient!
