Some data and apps won’t work/load on iPhone

I was having data connection problems with a previous phone (podcasts, music, maps would cut out while driving and I couldn’t connect to any internet browser- it just wouldn’t load) so I got a new phone, same SIM, and some things are working but still can’t connect to internet using cellular and podcasts, music will just stop loading mid-drive, Apple Maps won’t work at all off of WiFi. Any suggestions?
