​​     Signed up for xfinity internet and tv on 02/05/23. Was offered mobile signup within 90 days will result in $200.00 Visa card per line if I BYOD.  Tried to add mobile on 03/05/23 and get through every step and when it comes time to click review order..."Oops, we had a problem. Please try again later." Tried for  four days... "Oops, we had a problem. Please try again later." Finally called up on 03/09/23 and was refused the $200.00 Visa card for each line.​​

P.S. I was charged $1.00 eighteen times (each time I tried on line).
