Service mobile phone
I added a new phone to my service. I’ve been having problems with that service forever I call I have been answered the same questions over and over then they still messed it up. They old me a refund. I never can receive it. I called to talk to Supervisor’s neither they get on the phone or they tell me there any meat no matter what time of day or night. This service is lousy. Need to do a better job with customer service. Specially when a person been with you for a very long time.

You may want to try chatting with an agent at the Xfinity Mobile web page, the chat function will be located in the top right corner of the screen. Their teams will be best suited to assist with any Mobile issues you may be experiencing.
