sent phone back 15 days ago, Xfinity still has not closed account
Chatted with 6 agents, spents 10 hrs of my life dealing with this horrible, [Edited: "Inflammatory"] company. Now they say it takes 3-4 weeks for Fed Ex to inspect the phone. I called a lawyer; he stated this is a civil matter and said it would be best to cancel the credit card which the website of mobile will not allow you to delete. I believe this is illegal to force someone to store a card after cancelling a monthly subscription, which is what phone service is. I did receive a credit for the first two payments, but I will not do this chatting anymore. I sent the phone back, didn't even take it out of the box. Cancel the account. Period. No other discussion needed.
I cannot get anyone to close the account even when i have sent the phone back. I have informed FTC, FCC, and the attorney. Xfinity expects us to just sit [Edited: "Inflammatory"] . The system can no longer take my money. If my credit gets ruined, believe me when I say I will take this to arbritration. I don't live that Far from D.C. and if necessary, I will drive to Philadelphia. I haven't done anything wrong, [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
