Sent my phone in with Assurant and never got an email or check
Sent in my phone for assurant trade in and tracking shows it made it there on june 6th. Never got an email or a check. Total Scam. Is Xfinity crediting anyone????

Hello @michaelmahoney87 I am sorry to hear that you haven't received any updates yet. I suggest that you search your spam or junk folder if you haven't already. Assurant is an independent 3rd party. You may want to try contacting them directly with the tracking number that you have. Assurant can be reached at 1-800-358-0600.
