Scam

I’ve been following up for months in the status of an incentive. Finally got a ticket number. Guaranteed a call back. Nothing. Called every day this week. Placed on indefinite hold. Xfinity mobile won’t help. Keeps saying contact the incentive center that disconnects after holding an hour. This is a scam! Don’t fall for it.

Before you tell me to send a peer to peer message - I do not even see that option anywhere.

Yes, there is a scam going on . . . initially sounds very legit . . . offering $120 per month for TV, Internet, and home phone with no contract . . . UNTIL they start asking for upfront payment of the first six months ($120/mo) of $720 and something about a promotion with Target . . . the voice on the other end speaks with an Indian accent, as well.  I was left a voicemail with a number to call to receive this special offer.  First time I called, I was asked a few questions about my address, etc. then put on hold with music playing for nearly 20-30 minutes.  I hung up.  Called back.  Complained about being put on hold . . . they asked the name of the rep who did this (1st red flag) . . . then asked what my monthly bill was . . . I told them about $250 . . . that is when they offered the $120 per month bill without a contract (2nd red flag) . . . and the clincher was when they started about some promotion with Target as a means of trying to explain why they needed to received the first six months payment up front . . . I stopped them at that point, said this sounds like a scam and they hung up.
