Returning iPhone and switch to Samsung S21
I signed up with Comast for Voice, TV and Internet in Nov after bad experiences with Zip\ply Fiber. I had Verizon and was looking at Xfinity mobile. My old Samsung S7 died and I needed a new cell phone so I bought a Samsung S20 on Amazon. I contacted Xfinity mobile about signing up but was told that my wife's S7 and my new S20 were not supported by Xfinity mobile. He said the S20 would be soon. I decided to wait and then get my wife an S20 when they were supported. Well, Xfinity decided not to support the S20. In early December I decided to go with Xfinity Mobile and selected the iPhone 11 for both of us and returned my S20 to Amazon after almost 2 months for full credit. We both hate the iPhone compared to Samsung. My wife has a lot of trouble answering calls (they hang up) and I don't like several "features" of the iPhone. I contacted Xfinity and wanted to return the iPhones and get the new Samsung S21's that are now supported. I was told I only had 14 days to return the phones. It takes longer than that to decide if you like a phone. I am very disappointed in Xfinity Mobile. Is there someone I can talk to about this?
