Return Mailing Label Never Received

I started a return on July 31 in store for an iPad.  I was told I would receive the label in my email within 24 hrs.  Aug 1st nothing received.  Called Xfinity and was told a request will be submittted for a Return Label and would receive in 24 -48 hrs.  Aug 2nd STILL nothing received.  Spoke to 2 Agents and getting the run around...they supposedly sent another request to have a Return Mailing Label issued was told 3-4 hrs and then 24-48 AGAIN.  Called and spoke to 2 agents on Aug 3rd and was told a manual request was sent to Fedex and set as Priority and it will automaticcally be sent to my email and would be received in 48-72 hrs.  Every Agent verified my email and nothing has come thru.  If it is being sent by email HOW can it take multiple days???   IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK AND STILL NO LABEL HAS EVER BEEN RECIEVED.  I NEED TO SEND BACK THIS IPAD THAT I DO NOT WANT.  My REFUND has ALREADY been approved and received back on my card.  None of the Agents would even offer or give me a Return Address so I can mail the iPAD back at my own expense.  This is absolutely ridiculous  and I am considering canceling my Mobile service and going back to Verizon, I am sorry I ever switched!!!

This is never the type of service we strive for our customers to receive, and we certainly do not want to lose you as a customer.
