Return label for iPhone Pro

I bought the phone online but changed my mind. I’ve received 4 emails from 4 different reps that’s supposed to have the link to return it but none of the link is working. I’ve driving to their store 3 times to try to resolve it and have been on the phone and chat for the past 4 days. It’s ridiculous. What else can I do to get a simple shipping label!?!?

Same problem here. I am getting super annoyed. This is how they lose a costumer to AT&T. I have spoken to at least 10 different reps and tier 2 reps. They all say wait 24 hours. Its bs. I bet they are counting this time towards the 20 days we have to ship it back to them.
