Return Call
My iPhone will not let me switch so I can make WiFi calls. I called in a couple times they passed me off to Apple but the Xfinity supervisor said he would call me back (never did). Now Apple says I have to submit a ticket through Xfinity mobile first. I don't know how to get ahold of the same Xfinity supervisor that I had worked with before.

Hello Coffeeman1,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us through the Xfinity Mobile Forum! In case you are still needing assistance, when you get an opportunity, provide me with additional details regarding this matter.
When you say that the iPhone will not let you switch so that you can make Wi-Fi calls, are you referring to the toggle switch when you go into Settings>Cellular>Wi-Fi Calling? If you are able to toggle the option to an ‘On’ position, what happens when you attempt to call via the Wi-Fi signal?
Let me know what else your seeing when attempting to use Wi-Fi.
Thanks again for your time!
Sincerely,
Chris
