Re: Help the Xfinity mobile order verification is killing me!

I have had the verification dept cancel two orders this week. I am trying one last time. I already have a home internet and cable account with Xfinity and am trying to ordet three phones and switch over three lines from Sprint. I submit the requested information and receive an email two days later informing me that the order was cancelled. Nobody that I have reached out can help me. Please help me make sure that this order is not cancelled because the promotion ends today and I don't want to loose the opportunity. I am so frustrated I might just cancel my home internet and cable too. I reached out to two supervisors at store and they won't even reply to my email after literally speaking to them in the store!!!!
