Problems Problems and more Problems with Xfinity Mobile!!! They renege on their promo promises!

I switched to Xfinity Mobile in 2022 and brought over 4 lines.  I had problem after problem after problem with them.  They shipped the SIM cards to the wrong address.  Twice.  Both times their problem!  Finally got the SIM cards on the 3rd attempt.  Uh, which ones go with what numbers?  Many MORE calls later to Xfinity Mobile and I had to figure it out myself.  I ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max on the launch promo...They sent it to the wrong address and it got returned!  The address on my account was OK...They messed it up again.  So instead of calling me about the correct address it was returned to them and they cancelled my order!  So I lost the $400.00 promo discount.  Then the iPhone SE which was free as part of the original promo...They started billing me for it!  Many more chats and calls and they finally straightened it out.  Hmmm...So where's my $600.00 in original promo credits for bringing my lines over from AT&T?  No where!  After again many chats they inform me that the number was cancelled and a new number substituted for it!  No, I've had that iPhone XR for over 4 years with the same number!  Then they give me some [Edited: "Language"] about how since I temporarily put the unidentifiable SIM cards they sent me into my iPhone XR that this somehow dropped my number and thus NONE of the promos were no longer valid.  What [Edited: "Language"]!  There records are mucked up...They have problems with simple thing things like shipping addresses...Their customer support is really bad...And they make promises that they wiggle out of!!!

I'm posting this here for as long as it lasts to warn people!   And let you know that this problem exists and that you're doing nothing about it!!!

One very, very unhappy customer!  Who is going back to AT&T tomorrow!
