Porting Zfold 4 from Verizon

Can anyone tell me why my verizon zfold4 is showing as not compatible?  It is using the same network.  Comcast business retention said I would just be able to swap in the new xfinity mobile sim and it would work.

FYI, they also cant support a new FACTORY UNLOCKED Fold4 yet either.   They can only support their branded versions of Samsung.   Had this fight with Note20 2 years ago.  

Something about how they configure their network on VErizon backbone.  I was told it is a software thing on Xfinity

 From 2 years ago:

"in general, unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note20 5G and Note20 Ultra 5G unlocked devices purchased from Samsung or other retailers are compatible on our network. What is not compatible yet are those devices purchased from other carriers like Verizon or T-Mobile etc. We need a software update from Samsung to make them compatible and it usually comes 3 to 6 months after launch. We are trying to reduce that time with Samsung. "
