Porting from google voice to xfinity mobile

Hi,

I submitted portin request to xfinity mobile. I am porting google voice number to xfinity mobile. Everytime customer rep said "just last step is remained on xfinity end" or "will be done shortly". However still no luck.

Google voice acct says since Friday "google voice had done process. Please make sure with your new cell service. If it is not poeted to them in 2-3 days, call them".
