You are on Xfinity Mobile which connects to Veriszon Towers unless you are on Wifi.
As a former Verizon user, the signal is much weaker than Verizon and we are often in dead spots where we use to have coverage.

Your home or neighborhood must not have a strong Verizon tower signal? Do you have any neighbors on Verizon? They would have the same issue.
Turn on WiFi Calling under your cellular settings. Be sure to add your address exactly as shown on your Xfinity account. This will automatically route your cellular calls and texts through your router/modem/Internet to the XM/Verizon cellular servers when your cellular tower signal is poor or very congested.
In your first post you never stated your connection issues.
From my conversations with Xfinity and Verizon about my poor coverage it is NOT the same as Verizon. Per Verizon Xfinity only lease space on the towers and may not lease space on the tower you need to get the same signal strength as Verizon. My Xfinity reception went to basically nothing when I moved. My neighbors have Verizon and the have a full strength signal,
Maybe you are in an extended coverage area that does not get shared with MVNOs like XM. Check the link above. Extended coverage areas/towers are most likely owned by another carrier and leased to Verizon.
Actually not always true. Xfinity does not have leases on ALL Verizon towers. Verizon is great where I live but Xfinity is really poor.
If you have an Iphone go to setting, phone and scroll down to reset newtork setting and do that. Your phone will restart and hopefully solve you problem.

I was wondering if I was the only one with issues with this service, Dispute of all the affordable ways I have done to improve my signal I cant get more than 1 bar out of 4 available. It is very disappointing

@user_85c4cd They are really bad service. The representatives don't know what they are doing. Instead of trying to fix the reception issue they ported out my number to other provider by mistake!!!! I'm so upset and trying to get my number back in service but they can't fix it because they don't know what provider they ported my number to. So I ended up getting a new number and a new 5g phone and hopefully it will get better signals on the new phone.. ugh. If it still doesn't get reception on my new phone I will just move on to T-Mobile
