Pixel 5 unlocked from Google

Hi! I have been on the phone more than 6 times this week and over 10 hours.  All I want to do is activate my Pixel 5 I bought at Google on my XF mobile account. I am so frustrated this is my last resort asking on here. If no one gets me a solution I will just go to Verizon. Also of note: my stupid account still shows old IMEI for iPhone I had two phones ago but was replaced on apple care. My new Pixel is working (took sim card out of current iPhone and inserted into Pixel) but XF continues to tell me that pixel imei is incompatible. It's a Google unlocked device so that's impossible!!.

Hello there, and good evening! Reading this, I can imagine how frustrating this type of experience would be, especially if I couldn't activate my phone. I'm deeply sorry we've made this difficult, and inconvenient for you!
