Pixel 5 unlocked from Google

Hi! I have been on the phone more than 6 times this week and over 10 hours.  All I want to do is activate my Pixel 5 I bought at Google on my XF mobile account. I am so frustrated this is my last resort asking on here. If no one gets me a solution I will just go to Verizon. Also of note: my stupid account still shows old IMEI for iPhone I had two phones ago but was replaced on apple care. My new Pixel is working (took sim card out of current iPhone and inserted into Pixel) but XF continues to tell me that pixel imei is incompatible. It's a Google unlocked device so that's impossible!!.

Hello there, and good evening! Reading this, I can imagine how frustrating this type of experience would be, especially if I couldn't activate my phone. I'm deeply sorry we've made this difficult, and inconvenient for you!

Unfortunately, this is not something our Digital Care Team would be able to address specifically, as we do not have the ability to work with these types of accounts. However, rest assured; you're with the pros, and we'll be in your corner, every step of the way! <3

Before we proceed, are you still experiencing this issue? If so, this link may be helpful!

How do I activate my phone?

You can also reach out to our amazing Xfinity Mobile chat team, by clicking on They are extremely thorough, and are always on point, and I know they would get everything taken care of, asap! :)

We also have an amazing mobile team over the phone, which you can reach, by dialing (888) 936-4968. I hope this can be helpful for the future! <3

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can help you with, and if you could share an update at your earliest convenience, if this has been resolved, that would be wonderful. We always want to make sure you're taken care of! :D
