phone suddenly saying incompatible with xfinity.

I have had xfinity for a number of years. I just upgraded my phone to iPhone SE 2nd. When I got the phone IMEI said it was compatible and to switch my old sim into the new phone. I did so and got "invalid sim" message. I checked my account and it said to pair it with my old device. I did so and everything seemed fine. The sim card worked for 2 days then I suddenly got "invalid sim" message again. Everything looks fine on my account but when i checked the IMEI again it now says device is incompatible with xfinity. 

This seems to be a problem that other people have had. Is there a way to fix it?
