I ordered an IPhone 13 Promax. I received it on 4th October and on the 5th October I called Customer care and Complained that the package was opened and would want to return it. The Agent told me that all has been done in respect of my request, that I will be receiving a return label which I did not received till date.

 I called back on 22nd to remind them and the agent told me that they return time has passed.

 I called another agent after 30mins and he promised to help return it via apple but apple was closed as the time we were talking, that He will call me around 10am today to help me return the phone via Apple.

 I had waited patiently till 12.30pm without receiving a call from Xfinity mobile then I called again only for the Agent to advise that I lay my Complaint through this medium and take it from here.

 I want to return this phone and get a replacement if possible.

I look forward to your timely response.

Hello there, I am sorry to hear you had this trouble. Unfortunately our team does not have access to Xfinity Mobile accounts.
