Phone is still not working
I switched from Verizon Worst experience I have ever had with a company and their customer service Department. A month later and my phone still does not work the customer service representative are rude And need to be trained Properly how to deal with their customers .They will just push your problem to someone else with out it being solved because they have no clue how to fix it. My phone has been reset multiple times new sim cards and a I still can not use it. Prior to switching my phone worked fine with no issues whatsoever I have requested them to send me a new phone they refused to do that as well worst company I regret switching and I can tell from the form that there are . other people who have been having the same issues as well. BEWARE they are another ripoff.
