Phone has never activated
I received the phone on monday and it still hasnt activated ive spoken to severall english "speaking" reps but no american which is useless! I WANT TO RETURN THIS PHONE! NO ONE HAS DONE ANYTHING BUT LIE AND DISCONNECT... ONCE I SCHEDULE AN INSTALL DATE WITH ANOTHER INTERNET COMPANY IM RETURNING THE MODEM! IM TIRED OF THE RUNAROUND... JUST ALLOW ME TO RETURN THIS PHONE AND GIVE ME MONEY BACK (100% OF WHAT I PAID)... I KEEP GETTING TXT MSGS TO MY OLD NUMBER TO ACTIVATE THE PHONE! UNACCEPTABLE... THE FIRST REP "JOY" (WHAT A JOKE) I SPOKE TO SAID "ITS TAKING A WHILE TO ACTIVATE...AND I DONT WANT TO KEEP YOU WAITING... SO IM GOING TO CALL YOU BACK...OK?" THAT WAS MONDAY TODAY IS SATURDAY IF I DIDNT HAVE PLANS I WOULDVE HELD HER ON THE PHONE... HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK? HELP WITH THAT PLEASE!!!
