Overcharged on monthly phone bill. (Phone is already payed off, yet I'm still being charged for it).

Hello!

Not sure if anyone else is having this same issue, or has had this same issue before with Xfinity Mobile. But I recently finished paying off my phone with Xfinity mobile, which means I should only be getting charged for data moving forward.. right?

Didn't think that that was too complicated of an idea. But here I am on hold with my second Xfinity Moble chat agent, she has confirmed that I already payed off the phone, but that I owe another payment on my phone when it was payed off in early December.. Like does that even make sense??

THE PHONE IS PAYED OFF.. yet I still owe another device payment (FYI explained that I'm not even concerned about the data charges).

I’m having a hard time with my Xfinity mobile bill . I was talked into porting to Xfinity mobile by one of their agents while transferring my wifi service to a new address. The agent explained to me I could save more by getting a $15 Xfinity mobile plan, I ported because it made sense at the time since I was paying $40 for unlimited plan with my previous mobile service and a $15 with xfinity would save a lot for me . I was shocked to get a monthly bill of $315 for a plan that was supposed to be $15. I contacted the customer service and the agent I spoke with could not resolve the issue instead she talked about paying installments. How do you trick someone into porting to your service for $15 per month only for them to receive a bill of $315 . I already bought my phone in cash with Apple so this wasn’t a contract phone , plus it’s just a single line . There’s no way I’ll pay that outrageous bill!
