Ordered a cell phone going on almost 2 months no phone yet

i ordered an iphone 13 pro on october the 13th and still haven’t received a ship date, ive been asking at my local store and they always give me the run around and are always very rude to me. ive been debating  canceling my order all together from this ridiculous wait. no one has been able to help me out or give me peace of mind
