Note 20 Ultra not eligible for Samsung $150 credit?
Even though the page on Xfinity for the device preorders says it is, when I plugged the IMEI number into the checker on Shop Samsung, it says "device not eligible for this promotion". Anyone else seeing this?

Just contacted Samsung about it...escalating to tier 3 support, will hear from in five days supposedly. Until (unless?) it's fixed that's likely what everyone will have to do.

Worked for me too...and I received the response from Samsung today as well (wanting the sales slip, etc.) Much easier to just plug the IMEI in and wait (hopefully not too long)
edit: credit just received (8/26)
