Note 20 5g not showing 3g 4g or 5g options

Hello.  I've had connection issues with this phone since day 1.  Mostly with pictures.  Sometimes they go through right away, they very often won't go through at all.  Sometimes this happens with texts in general.  I noticed I don't seem to be getting 5g despite it being in my area and on my plan.   I've been looking at the settings ans where I'm supposed to select 5g, I noticed it doesn't even have 3 or 4 let alone 5 as options.  I took a screen shot of what it does show.  What should I be choosing here? Or how can I get 3,4,5g to show as it should?
